The project aim is development of new polymer systems for use in extrusion 3d printing of biological scaffolds.
Polymer synthesis will be exploited to prepare new polymers that have the possibility to crosslink during 3d printing. Depending on your background, the project can either focus on modification of known water soluble polymers or on synthesis of your own systems.
The prepared systems should be biocompatible and should ultimately allow 3d printing of contractile microstructures.
