Water isn't just water! Numerous studies document the different properties of different water types supplied to the consumer. For example, hard water is good for your teeth, but demands extra dosage of detergents and other chemicals in households. Also hard water is speculated to tricker atopic eczema (børneeksem).
But how do you weigh out the good and bad properties of water quality? And where do you find the best drinking water (technically speeaking) in or outside Denmark? These and several more questions and impacts can be dealt with in this project. The aim is to develop a set of indicators for optimal drinking water quality and provide a map of current state of drinkking water in Denmark or California.
