Accelerated equilibrium sampling of semivolatile pollutants with baking paper

The aim of the present project is to further develop, test and apply a new accelerated equilibrium sampling approach for measuring organic pollutants in air. The method is based on equilibrium sampling of semivolatile pollutants into the coating of baking paper and the subsequent analysis on an advanced GC-MS system. The project can be tailored to the competences of the student and the academic level of the project. Additional analytical techniques might be applied within a final M.Sc. project.
