Nordsense has created a complete end-to-end IoT solution that optimizes waste collection processes using machine learning and turn-by-turn navigation for waste collection – and we are already powering San Francisco and Copenhagen.

You will be part of a team that applies machine learning and time series analysis to identify events from the measured fill levels.

During the project, you will apply machine learning and time series analysis to improve our ability to identify events in street bins and containers. 

We have ground limited ground truth data to train on, so it might be necessary to build further ground truth. The accuracy of the identification of empty events are critical to our ability to forecast fill levels and make accurate route optimization, so your work will have a real impact on our product.

Requirements

Experience with machine learning or time series analysis (Bayesian Modeling is a plus)
