Demand for effective extraction methods that can afford higher extraction efficiency without compromising the functionality/quality of food pigments from natural sources has been growing.
Therefore, this project aims to develop new environmentally friendly and efficient extraction methods that improve the production of natural food colors from plant derived foods and food wastes.
Specific goals to this project
