Building data analysis using Byg's Digital Hub

DTU Byg has a digital hub for data from buildings. The platform integrates and stores detailed time-series from sensor networks, building automation systems and energy meters from a number of resources, both residential and commercial buildings. The project aims at developing the hub further and create valuable insights by visualizing the data, creating metrics and diagnostic tools capable of targeting parasitic energy losses and indoor climate problems. The tools are from a flexible array of data science packages and open source building models available inside the hub. Predictive controls and forecasting tools in the platform can be used to write setpoints dynamically to control building automation systems remotely. The project can be part of Smart Campus and Smart Library.
